3kg may sound quite a bit of honey for some, but you will be surprised how fast the honey goes when you replace the processed refined sugars in your diet with honey or consume it daily as part of the Hibernation Diet.

Note: Raw honey granulates over time. It is a mark of being "100% raw". This is a multi-floral raw honey, so depending on the types of flower nectar source that are harvested, some batches may granulate within weeks while others may remain liquid and clear for a long time (most companies cream their honey to overcome crystallisation issues).
